Brigitta Baker
Brigitta supports clients and whānau to process loss, grief and trauma, with a focus on post-traumatic growth, as well as helping them to manage symptoms of emotional dysregulation, such as anxiety, overwhelm and depression.
Brigitta has undertaken extensive training in a range of modalities, and her approach is grounded in positive psychology, predominantly drawing on solution focused, strengths based, and internal family systems therapies, as well as somatic approaches to trauma. She has a postgraduate diploma in Counselling, and a Master of Counselling, from the University of Canterbury.
