Meg Logan

Meg is a wellbeing practitioner and facilitator having worked with a multidisciplinary team in Auckland from 2009 to 2016, developing a holistic model of care for patients with cancer and their families.  This included providing counselling, remedial therapies,  workshops in writing therapy and mindfulness, and collaborating with a leading UK-based teaching hospital.

"At Encompass Health, therapeutic massage is a part of a holistic and mindful approach to reduce distress, alongside physiotherapy, nutrition and counselling."

She has developed an integrative approach to her practice, bringing supportive resources and individual wellbeing pathways and facilitation.  Diplomas in advanced remedial massage therapies (Auckland 1993)  led to counselling and Applied Psychology, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), and trauma informed care.

Meg has presented workshops at the Cancer Society, and at Southern Cross, and worked with Council and MBIE and provides on-site wellbeing programmes (EAP). Registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists UK (MFHT) in 2000, Meg is a certified professional supervisor for health and social services (CPSHS), is a member of the European Coaching Council (MECC) and a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) trainer.
